LIVER CIRRHOSIS
Replacement of normal liver tissues by fibrous tissues is called liver cirrhosis. It is often compared to Kumbhakaamala in ayurveda. Main cause can be excessive alcohol consumption,but in some viral infections such as hepatitis A,B &C and other factors damaging liver can also cause it. Treatment:- -Vamana karma -Virechana karma -Vasti Diet & Lifestyle:- -Alcohol consumption should be stopped completely. -Increase intake of amla , Raisins, almonds, spinach and cardamom.
